These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BarndominiumProgram.com website (the "Site"), e-book (the "E-Book"), and online program (the "Program"). The Site, E-Book, and Program are owned and operated by Saratoga Holdings LLC, operating as BarndominiumProgram.com ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Site, or by purchasing or using the E-Book or Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, E-Book, or Program.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the E-Book or Program.

2. Purchases and Your License

When you buy the E-Book or Program, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • share your login or account with anyone else;
  • copy, resell, republish, upload, post, or distribute any part of the E-Book or Program;
  • record, download, or redistribute videos or course materials, except where a download option is expressly provided for your personal use; or
  • use the materials to create a competing product, course, or service.

We may suspend or cancel access, without a refund, for any account that is shared or used in violation of this section.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 45-day completion guarantee. You may request a full refund if both of the following are true:

  1. you request the refund within 45 days of your purchase date; and
  2. you have completed the entire Program.

To request a refund, email admin@barndominiumlife.com from the email address used for your purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request." We may verify course completion using your account progress records. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund requests made after 45 days, or before the Program has been completed, are not eligible. A refund ends your license and your access to the E-Book and Program.

4. Copyright and Trademarks

All content on the Site, in the E-Book, and in the Program — including text, graphics, videos, designs, and software — is owned by Saratoga Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

"BarndominiumProgram.com" and our related names and logos are trademarks of Saratoga Holdings LLC. Other product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Construction and Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Site, E-Book, and Program are for general educational purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind.

We are not your architect, engineer, contractor, lender, attorney, or financial advisor, and nothing in the Site, E-Book, or Program creates a professional relationship between you and us. Before building, you are responsible for:

  • confirming that your project complies with all local building codes, zoning rules, and permit requirements;
  • hiring licensed professionals (such as an architect, engineer, or licensed contractor) where required or advisable; and
  • getting your own current quotes for land, materials, labor, financing, and other costs.

Any cost figures, timelines, or savings discussed are examples or estimates only. Actual results depend on your location, market conditions, materials, labor, and many other factors outside our control.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will build a barndominium, save any specific amount of money, obtain financing or permits, or achieve any particular outcome. Your results depend on your own decisions and circumstances.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Site, E-Book, or Program may link to or mention third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. A link or mention is not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, E-BOOK, AND PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARATOGA HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, CONSTRUCTION COSTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, E-BOOK, OR PROGRAM, OR FROM ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON THEM, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE, E-BOOK, OR PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE E-BOOK OR PROGRAM.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saratoga Holdings LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, E-Book, or Program.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, E-Book, or Program at any time if you violate these Terms. Sections 2 (restrictions), 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 14 remain in effect after your access ends.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply going forward; the version in effect when you made your purchase governs that purchase, except for changes required by law.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action relating to these Terms, the Site, the E-Book, or the Program must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, E-Book, and Program.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Site, E-Book, and Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy].
